Shipping policy
Delivery Information
Delivery within Germany is carried out via insured DHL parcel shipping with a tracking number. The shipping cost is €4.90 per order. For orders with a total value of €49.00 or more, shipping is free of charge. Note: For orders weighing approximately 15 kg or more, a weight surcharge of €4.90 applies for every additional 15 kg. There is no international shipping available.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, delivery times can be found in the respective product description. When ordering several items at the same time, the delivery time for the entire order is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time always begins from the date the payment is received.
