Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (share GmbH, Erkelenzdamm 59-61, 10999 Berlin, Germany, hello (at) share.eu, phone: 004930 62938010) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees because of this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Zenfulfillment GmbH c/o Fiege - Returns (Sülzenbrücker Str. 7, 99192 Nesse-Apfelstädt, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

share GmbH offers a 60-day return guarantee for all products. Within this period, you can return any product if you are not satisfied, and the full purchase price will be refunded. Returns are only possible for unopened products in multi-packs.
