How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

The processing time for orders is normally one to three working days. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a number to track your package.

Can I change/cancel my order?

A completed order can no longer be changed or canceled. Please contact our customer service for this.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order, please inform us in writing by email. Enter your order number and your contact details. After we have received your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return, unless the goods are deficient or do not match the order. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs within 14 days to you, provided the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

What do I do if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, you can sign up for an email alert that will inform you when the item is back in stock.


What payment methods are available?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted to protect your personal data.

How do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice in your shipping confirmation email.

If you no longer have this email, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

Shipping & delivery

Where is my parcel?

If you want to know where your parcel is, you can use the tracking number that we sent you by email after your order was shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the shipping service provider’s website. If you have any problems with tracking or need further assistance, please contact our customer service by email at hello@share.eu.

What shipping options are available?

We ship all of our parcels with DHL, which ensures safe and fast delivery to your desired address

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes, we offer the option of having your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please enter the address of your desired packing station during the order process and make sure that you enter the correct packstation number and your personal post number.

Which countries does share deliver to?

We currently ship only within Germany.

Return & refund

How does a return work at share?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are returned unused and in their original packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for a return shipment?

You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment and must pay sufficient postage for the package.

When will my return be refunded?

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
