Order
Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact our customer service for this.
To cancel your order, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order, please inform us of your decision in writing by email. Include your order number and your contact details. After we have received your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or do not correspond to the order. After we have received the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs within 14 days, provided the goods are unused and in perfect condition.
If an item is sold out, you can sign up for a notification to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

We ship all our packages with DHL, which ensures safe and fast transport to your desired address
Yes, we offer the option of having your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please enter the address of your desired Packstation during the ordering process and make sure that you enter the correct Packstation number and your personal postal code.
We currently only ship within Germany.
Return & Refund
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are returned unused and in their original packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that you must ensure that the package is adequately stamped.
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.

Our reusable bottle is a pool bottle that must generally be accepted by the reusable bottle locations.
Unfortunately, sometimes problems arise here, which is by no means ideal, but is beyond our capabilities.

Glass bottles significantly increase fuel consumption during transport due to their high weight, so only glass bottles of regional origin represent a more environmentally friendly option.
Since we offer our products throughout Germany - and sometimes even beyond - they sometimes travel great distances. As described, switching to glass bottles would mean far more energy consumption in logistics.
PET bottles offer an advantage here and our disposable bottles are also made from 100% recycled material (except for the lid and label). Our reusable bottles are made from 35% recycled material (except for the lid and label; for technical reasons, the content is lower than in our disposable bottles).
From July 3, 2024, single-use plastic beverage containers may only be sold in accordance with the Single-Use Plastics Labeling Ordinance (EWKKennzV) if the lid remains attached to the bottle throughout its entire use (EU Directive 2019/904). Of course, we adhere to this requirement and from now on only offer you drinks with the new, firmly attached lid.
Firstly, the temperature of the plant-based drink should be approximately the same as the coffee. Our Barista oat drink is designed to be foamed warm (up to about 60°C) before it is added to the coffee. In addition, coffee that is too acidic (shortly roasted) can encourage flocculation. Perhaps you should try a different coffee, or pay particular attention to the temperature of the plant-based drink before adding it.
The coating on the Tetra Pak, which is necessary to protect the product, is made from sugar cane instead of synthetic plastics. This ensures that the packaging has lower emissions. The packaging is disposed of in the yellow bin for the best possible recycling.
Groceries
At share, we focus on the positive influence of an animal-free diet, and many of our products are therefore vegan. However, we also have products in our range that are not vegan, but vegetarian, to suit every taste. In our online shop ( https://share.eu/ ) and on the packaging, we clearly label vegan products. This way, you can quickly find out whether the product is vegan.
share is an organic-certified company and the majority of our product range already comes from organic farming - and this trend is increasing. However, some products are not yet organic. You can easily tell whether a product is organic by the label on the packaging or by the product description in our online shop ( https://share.eu/ ).
The good news: The chocolate is still edible! We are very sorry that the chocolate has a fat or sugar bloom. Both are the result of unsuitable storage for the product at strongly fluctuating temperatures and/or moisture. Both fat and sugar bloom are completely harmless to health, but both effects naturally affect the sensory quality of the product.
When exposed to heat, the fat contained in chocolate - which is mostly cocoa butter, but also from the nuts contained in chocolate - can lose its crystal structure and melt. The liquid fat dissolves from the solid chocolate structure and forms a cream, i.e. it comes to the surface. If the temperature drops again, the fat solidifies and forms the characteristic white coating on the chocolate.
If chocolate is stored in a cold place and then again at a higher temperature, the water in the air can condense on the cold surface of the chocolate. The water dissolves and removes sugar from the chocolate, which then forms a white film on the surface after the water evaporates. The same effect occurs when the chocolate is stored in too humid conditions.
The ideal storage temperature for chocolate is between 14°C and 18°C. This is difficult to guarantee in the home, but sometimes it gets a bit too warm in stores too, so unfortunately such cases cannot be ruled out 100%. However, care should be taken to store chocolate in a dry place and at temperatures that are as stable as possible and not too extreme in order to maintain the quality of the product.
Unfortunately, we no longer have any influence on the storage of the goods after delivery.
We understand your point and are constantly working on even more sustainable packaging solutions. We currently use aluminum foil because it is essential for protecting our products. Aluminum is extremely recyclable if disposed of correctly (yellow bin). We also use aluminum foil with a recycled content for our chocolates. As a young brand with limited purchase quantities, it is a challenge to accept a shorter product shelf life without our donation principle suffering as a result. We are confident that we will soon be able to offer a better solution.

Our personal care products are vegan and not tested on animals. As a social brand, we attach great importance to responsible production and compliance with legal standards. This means that neither our end products nor the ingredients they contain are tested on animals. This complies with the EU Cosmetics Regulation, which has banned animal testing on finished cosmetic products since 2013. Animal testing for cosmetic end products is generally prohibited in the EU.
It is best to use a pea-sized amount of the product and make sure to massage it in well and allow it to take effect.
Our deodorant cream is not an antiperspirant and therefore does not block the flow of sweat, which is completely natural. Antiperspirants can be harmful to your health, so we use a natural alternative that prevents odor. If you are used to conventional deodorants, there may be a period of adjustment during which your body adjusts. Use a pea-sized amount and let it absorb well - this will give you the best results!
With our solid products, it is important that they are stored on a dry surface to prevent them from sticking. A soap dish with grooves where the water can drain and not the entire surface of the piece is very helpful!
