We are convinced of the quality of our products and want to pass this conviction on to you. That's why we offer you a 60-day return guarantee on products you have purchased in our online shop. You should not take any risks, but be sure that you are satisfied with your choice.
If you discover within 60 days of purchase that our product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us and we will refund the full purchase price.
Please note the following return conditions:
- The following applies to packages: If products were purchased in multiple packs, only unopened products can be returned. Example: You bought a pack of 8 organic oat drink and have already opened one pack? No problem - we will take back the remaining 7 unopened packs.
- Expiration date: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that reach their expiration date within 60 days or less.
Important note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For heavy shipments, we recommend choosing insured shipping so that your return arrives safely with us.
The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
