Competition conditions of participation
1st participation
The organizer of the campaign is share GmbH (hereinafter “ share ”).
Any natural person who resides in Germany and who has reached the age of eighteen (18) at the time of participation in the competition and has full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the " participant ") is eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of share GmbH are excluded from participation.
Each participant can only take part in the competition in his or her own name and only once.
2. Participation period
The participation period is from February 7, 2024 to March 3, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
3. Survey, prizes and process
- Opinion poll
share will conduct an online survey from February 7, 2024 to March 3, 2024. This survey is intended to gather information about preferences when shopping online. The survey can be filled out using a Google form. At the end of the Google form (Google forms), participants have to enter their email address and thus take part in the competition.
- Profit
The following prize will be raffled off:
- a voucher for the share online shop https://share.eu/ in the amount of €50. The voucher can be redeemed until December 31, 2024.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The voucher cannot be combined.
- procedure of the competition
Participation in the competition is only possible after completing the Google form.
The winners will be randomly chosen from all complete entries.
The winners will be notified by email and must respond by email within 10 working days to confirm their win. If a winner does not confirm their win within 10 working days, the prize will be passed on to the winner who is then chosen as a substitute. The prize of the original winner will be forfeited.
In the event of disqualification due to a violation of applicable law and/or these conditions of participation or in the event of modification, suspension or termination of the competition by share GmbH, participants shall have no right to claim compensation against share GmbH.
No liability is assumed for data loss, in particular during data transmission and other technical defects.
4. Data protection
By participating, the participant declares that he has read and accepted the privacy policy.
5. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions of participation and the legal relationship between the participant and share are subject exclusively to German law. Should individual provisions be or become legally invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation remains unaffected. These terms and conditions of participation can be changed by share at any time without separate notification.
share GmbH reserves the right to disqualify any person who provides false information when registering for the competition, manipulates the competition, attempts to manipulate it or otherwise violates these terms and conditions. share GmbH can also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond share GmbH's control, or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition is carried out properly.
share reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. This includes premature termination of the campaign. The change takes effect upon publication of the amended terms and conditions at https://share.eu/pages/gewinnspiel-teilnahmebedingungen/
Legal recourse is excluded.
