1. Participation

The organizer of the contest is share GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “share”). 

The contest is open to any natural person who is resident in Germany and has reached the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entering the contest and has unlimited legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the “entrant”). Employees of share GmbH are excluded from participation.

Each entrant may participate in the contest only by using their own name and only once.

2. Participation period

The participation period runs from 04/05/2024 to 04/07/2024, 11:59 p.m.

3. Prizes and procedure

1. Prize

The following prize will be raffled:

• 2x2 premium tickets for an upcoming ALBA Berlin home game
• one share drinks package

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize may not be transferred to third parties. The voucher may not be combined.

1. Contest procedure

• To enter the contest, the entrant must subscribe to the Instagram accounts @share and @albaberlin and like the contest post on share GmbH’s Instagram account and tag another person in the comments.

• The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message.

• The prize will be sent via the postal service.

• If the winner does not respond within five working days, the drawing will be held once again, and the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

• If the prize cannot be allocated due to incorrect information provided by the entrant, the entrant’s claim to the prize shall lapse.

• In the event of disqualification due to a violation of applicable law and/or these terms and conditions of participation, as well as in the event of modification, suspension or termination of the contest by share GmbH, entrants shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation against share GmbH.

• No liability is assumed for data loss, in particular in the course of data transmission and other technical defects.

4. Data protection

By participating in the contest, the entrant declares that they have also read and accepted the data protection information.

5. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions of participation and the legal relationship between the entrant and share are subject exclusively to German law. Should individual provisions be or become legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. These terms and conditions of participation can be changed by share at any time without separate notification. 

share GmbH reserves the right to disqualify any person who provides false information when registering for the contest, manipulates or attempts to manipulate the contest or otherwise violates these terms and conditions of participation. share GmbH may also modify, suspend or terminate the contest due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of share GmbH, or if this is the only way to ensure that the contest can be carried out in an orderly manner.

share reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of participation at any time and without prior notice. This shall include premature termination of the campaign. The change shall take effect upon publication of the amended terms and conditions of participation at https://share.eu/pages/agbs-alba-gewinnspiel

Legal recourse shall be excluded. 

Data protection notice
